Abstract

To study the enterprise IT capability evolvement rules, it is very valuable for the cognition of the key factors affecting the IT capability system. This paper is focus on the relationship among those factors of enterprise IT capability system. It discusses the definition and structure of "enterprise IT capability system", and proposes "enterprise IT capability maturity" as the order parameter of this system. The five states of the order parameter is discussed then, and the order parameter equation is constructed as the dynamic model for the study on the evolvement mechanism of the "Enterprise IT capability system".
