Abstract
Some measurement results of nonlinear effects of the AlN power BAW resonators are presented in this paper. Both the amplitude-frequency effect and the intermodulation effect have been measured. Agreeing with the data presented in the literature, these measurements emphasize the differences between square and apodized resonators.
