Abstract :
This paper presents a kind of TOC (Total Organic Carbon) based on the dynamic method of chemiluminescence, which utilizes ozone oxidation and organic pollutants to conduct oxidation reaction and chemiluminescence, then combines the detection technique of glimmer photoelectric conversion and the time-series integration method carried out on the curve of luminescence kinetics to realize the rapid and real-time on-site measurements on seawater TOC. For this method, the design of chemical sensors, optical detection and dynamics algorithm are further discussed. Experiments show that this design is reliable, simple and can provide new method and thought for the study of marine environment.
