Abstract :
Community is the basic unit of the society. The construction of a community calls for not only the effort by community organizations and property companies, but also the owners´ active cooperation . In order to understand the owners´ awareness to two-orientated society and the two-orientated community , we analyze the relationship between the cognition of two-orientated community and consumptive willingness of innovative property service products, inspect the correlative relationship between owners´ personal traits and the cognition of innovative property services products, and survey owners´ consumptive willingness of innovative property services products based on two-orientated community´s construction. Results showed that most owners agree with the construction of two-orientated community, and had a certain awareness . But to different products, they had greater differences in cognition and consumptive willingness.
