Abstract :
This paper is focused on the innovative basis of Tianjin Binhai New Area. With the index system which is made for the national innovative experimental city by the National Technical Department, the author use fuzzy synthetically evaluation to do empirical studies on and analyzes the innovative capacity of Tianjin Binhai New Area.
