Abstract

At present, the connotation and extension of business environment for SMEs at home and abroad remain greater differences. This article drew on the research framework of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), combined with practical research, established entrepreneurial environment evaluation index system for SMEs, and conducted Positive Analysis through a combination of data around the city of Jiangsu Province, verified the evaluation index system was scientific and rationality to some extent and could be used as environment assessment model selection of small and medium business.
