  • Abstract
    Based on the foundation of systems and control theory, we analyze knowledge transfer process and the main impact for body of Knowledge Stocks. Applying the method of system dynamics to analyze a causal relation and the behavior evolution feature of knowledge transfer in organization and construct a system dynamics model of knowledge transfer simulation, which can be simulated by Vensim PLE. The analysis for the effectiveness and sensitivity of simulation model indicates the model can be used as the fitting of knowledge transfer process well as well as reveals the feature and mechanism of inter-organization knowledge transfer that can offer theoretical basis and guidance for making knowledge transfer strategy. The construction and operation of computer simulation model offers a kind of effective method for studying the inter-organization mechanism of knowledge transfer.
