Abstract :
Operations strategies that can be applied in a new information networking architecture are described. The architectural structure eliminates the differences between traditional network and operations functionality. Such a common architectural framework will allow operations planners to integrate operations data and functionality into a more efficient architecture that will provide new services more rapidly and at lower costs
