Summary form only given, as follows. We report the frequency value of the /sup 192/OsO/sub 4/ ν/sub 3/P(46)A/sup 2//sub 2/ line, measured with respect to the hot line absorption in coincidence with the same CO/sub 2/ 10P(14) line, using a transportable CO/sub 2//OsO/sub 4/ standard.
