Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce a new controller that is adequate for the 3-phase PWM-VSC with small dc-link capacitor. The controller combines the benefits of the Pi-control and the feedforward compensation under the general framework of the optimal guaranteed cost control theory. Simulation studies are carried out to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
