Abstract :
With theory of technology innovation, enterprise development strategy and applying statistics applied, this paper summarizes and abstracts factors of high-tech enterprise independent innovation capability. It analyzes and modifies the factors using research and factor analysis, then makes the evaluation index system of high-tech enterprise independent innovation capability.
