Abstract :
In this paper fuzzy approach is offered to evaluation of the composite index of social environment sustainability and fuzzy Markov model for the forecast of a condition of an index in the future. Fuzzy methods are applied on the basis of new base of the indicators taken from different sources, allowing to reflect not only a statics, but also dynamics of development of the social environment.
