The role of knowledge is increasing in all areas from production to marketing, in the new economy. Today knowledge functions as a production factor. Rapid growth of visual, written, audio media and Internet technologies has brought great convenience for creation of new products, and markets. New technologies were reduced costs of information and communication and fast communication have increased the sensitivity and flexibility of international markets. As a result, information itself becomes an economic action that can be produce purchase and sell. It´s not easy to adapt today´s world economy even as an agricultural country without penetration of gene and computer technologies. So developing countries take into consideration this approach in their whole economic development and looking for intensive integration methods between ICT and entire economy.
