Abstract
Basing on 15 sub-sectors panel data of high-tech industry from 1999 to 2008, the article discusses the effects on FDI intra-industry technology spillover in China. The result of the test shows that sub-sectors with positive effects are Manufacture of Electronic Appliances, Manufacture of Medical Equipment and Appliances and Manufacture of Measuring Instrument, considering the influence of lag-phase. These three sub-sectors are characteristic of moderate capacities gap between foreign corporations and domestic ones, low absorptive capacity of domestic ones, moderate degree of foreign participation, low degree of market concentration, and moderate lever of opening up, by the analysis of influencing factors of FDI technology spillover effects.
