Abstract
This paper explores HRM system features used to build an entrepreneurial team which fits with strategy and contingencies. Our findings include: recruitment channels of personal social network; selecting through interviews and paying great attention to the years of employment, position and achievement; no trainings during the initial stage of entrepreneurship; no short-term performance assessment system but still having the requirements of strategy goals and performance; the overall compensation structure featuring low basic salary, more share, no bonus and welfare.
