  • Abstract
    An evaluation index system of e-commerce trust is set up according to the amended Six Trust Dimension Model. The weight of each main trust index is studied with AHP method which calculates the index-weighted. By introducing an example for the simulation into the analyses process, fuzzy cluster assessment model is established to evaluate quantitatively the e-commerce trust and can be guided by an enterprise or consumer for decision-making and implementing the e-commerce technology.
