Abstract :
Previous studies have shown that the level of managerial self-efficacy (MSE) could affect many working variables, such as the job performance, leader behavior, occupation tension, turnover intention. But studies couldn´t reach an agreement when testing relationship between MSE and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, with economic growth, banks have more and more important position in China´s economy. The level of managerial self-efficacy and job satisfaction concerned the victory in the competition. In this paper, we studied MSE´s effect on job satisfaction and sought positive effecting factors from six dimensions of MSE, aiming at providing managerial guidance for corporate.
