Abstract
New approaches and techniques are constantly introduced and adopted for circuit analysis and optimization problems. Recently, there is a growing interest in applying the potential of neural networks to many new fields apart from the signal processing area. This paper describes the use of neural networks in circuit analysis and optimization. Device and circuit level models featuring mixed continuous and discrete input parameters are introduced
