Abstract
In this article the review of works of the author on theoretical researches of opioid peptides is presented. In order to explain activity of opioid peptides dermorphin, deltorphin I, deltorphin II, kyotorphin, neokyotorphin, hemorphins the quantitational estimation of its conformational properties have been made. Using the theoretical methods the spatial structure of these molecules was investigated, the energy and geometry parameters of stable conformations were determined. This information is necessary to reveal the mechanism of the physiology action of opioid peptides.
