Abstract
Product family model is the key technology of product design in mass customization. To solve the rationality problem of product family development, a new modeling method of product family structure model is proposed in this paper. The structure hyper graph is given as well as its formal definition. Experiments are performed using the object-relational database management system to realize the structure hyper graph model of product family.
