Abstract

Small and medium-sized hi-tech entrepreneurial enterprises are special contracts of technical capital and nontechnical capital, therefore, the ownership arrangements of both sharing residual claims and controlling rights should be established. This article starts the discussion of property right characteristics, such as control of technical capital or assets, personal dependence, integration, etc, and then explores corporate ownership arrangement under the sharing condition of small and medium-sized enterprises of hi-tech entrepreneurial.
