Abstract :
This paper is a presentation on behalf of ETSI of the new ETSI standard on control and monitoring of power and cooling systems for telecom sites and networks delivered by the working group EE2. As EE2 chairman, I´m in charge to present it.The new interface is based on ISO-OSI layer model, TCP/IP and http protocol. The minimum set of data is specified and formated using XML langage. The compatibility is kept with ITU-T M3100 telecom management network and X733 alarm models. The work has been done in liaison with ETSITISPAN and ITU T WG8 working on NGN (New Generation Network).
