Abstract
By analyzing Porter´s Diamond Model theory and combining with regional logistics characteristics and national conditions of China, this paper constructs an evaluation model and establishes a corresponding index system of regional logistics competitiveness. Based on this index system, this paper evaluates the regional logistics competitiveness on a national scale with Factor Analysis Method, the evaluation result is consistent with the actual condition in China. Finally, the logistics competitiveness of Jiangxi province is specially analyzed, and some useful advices are given for the local government to make corresponding decisions.
