Abstract
Neurocontrollers are investigated for existence of equilibrium points of closed loop. Equilibrium points are a prerequisite for controller stability. Theorems concerning neurocontroller structure are formulated for both stabilization and tracking control tasks. The results are illustrated on a real-world example from industrial automation
