Abstract :
The limitations and boundaries around information resources were disappeared. Children´s primary period covering ages in the lower grades in learning the social environment and human relations as a basis should be taken and this time the computer and communication technologies´ support should be used as a need in learning. Learning the information in primary education is the basic and high school information will be deeper with computer and communication technologies in a more conscious and purpose to serve in a manner to be programmed. Computer and communication technologies for learning interests, curiosity and the need have wide opportunities to increase to respond. To benefit from this technology to every student who requests information can be easily reached.
