Abstract :
This study was designed to investigate the relationship between cross-cultural conflict and the capability of strategic positioning in transnational enterprises. In this paper, a structural equation model and a questionnaire survey were presented to analyze the relationship, and the results showed that the cross-cultural conflict is negatively impacted the capability of strategic positioning, especially the ideological concept conflict and management pattern conflict.
