  • Abstract
    Brain information processing is a movement process, and its movement characteristics directly control the behavior and action traits of human being. Firstly, the article introduces a kind of method that revealing brain information processing characteristics by the continuous numerical comparing based on computer. Secondly, ability feature on movement characteristics of brain information processing is defined. And then the "common" approach is presented that is used to gain the classes. Lastly, through analyzing the personnel\´s detection results in a computer company, the article studies personnel ability characteristics\´ distribution and offers reference data for human resource management. The classifying method has very important academic significance to the study of different individual\´s ability characteristics. And indexes on features on movement characteristics of brain information processing have the value of practical application to personnel selection and management, mentality health diagnosis and consult.
