Network Competence: The Conception and the Functional Mechanism

Network competence means not only having qualifications but also using or having the potential to use the qualifications. The network competence is a three-dimensional construct that can be defined as network qualifications competence, network management competence and network development competence. By resource capture and transfer, relationship integration and innovation, there is the functional mechanism on network competence. Network competence can be also enhanced by favorable network positions, network learning capabilities and innovative network.
