Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a novel synchronization procedure, an instantaneous connection method (ICM), for a chaotic neural cell. ICM connects cells instantaneously under certain conditions. ICM can realize in-phase and inverse-phase synchronization of chaos and control of chaos. The cell generates both periodic and chaotic orbit depending on the parameters. A simple implementation example is proposed and some laboratory data are demonstrated
