Study on Development of the High-Level Innovators in Science and Technology Matching the Industrial Transformation and Upgrading: Take Wuhan as a Case

Advanced technologies in science and management are admittedly important to the industrial transformation and upgrading, but it is more important to hold a high-level innovative talent team in science and technology that can lead the industrial development and create scientific and technologic outcomes which are competitive in the market. So, to achieve the target of industrial transformation and upgrading in China, it is urgent to build such a talent team matching the industrial development. The paper takes Wuhan industry as a case, analyzes the issues as input intensity and focus, platforms, supporting measures, and the humanistic environment, etc and finally puts forward the correspondent countermeasures to solve these problems.
