Abstract :
Middle-level cadres of state-owned enterprises (or in senior management) are the backbone of the enterprise, but Personnel (Human Resources) department needs to focus on the issue that how they can assess and evaluate middle-level cadres scientifically. One of important parts of appraising middle-level cadres is to establish evaluation index system, and to determine the weights is the key to establishing evaluation index system. This paper discusses the related issues about index system and weight, and how to empowering the weights of indicators with AHP method will be discussed.
