Abstract
With a constant intensification of economically global tendency and an incessive expansion of trans-national corporation´s direct foreign investment, almost all trans-national corporation are encountering a common problem: cultural conflicts incited by trans-national management. Improper management of cultural conflicts will frequently result in the failure of management in local country. This paper is intended to explore the cultural conflict and integration and corresponding cross-cultural management strategies during trans-national management. Finally the countermeasures and suggestions are elaborated to improve the healthy operation of cross-national corporations.
