Abstract
The relationship between buyers and suppliers has received considerable attention in recent years. With the rapid development of science and technology, collaboration has been recognized as a significant process that enables business partners maintain the advantage and continuous growing. This paper first reviews the researches on supplier-buyer collaboration and divided it into 4 types: the factors, classification, evaluation and model for collaboration. Then it proposes the evaluation index system of supplier-buyer´s collaboration in terms of strategic level, management level and operation level. Finally it demonstrates the application of collaboration in China´s tobacco company and suggests possible avenues for further research
