Abstract
This paper explores the role of trade credit in Banerjee type channels coordination. The main conclusion is that trade credit has "scissors effect" role in allocation of coordination surplus and Banerjee type coordination is not a Pareto-improving mechanism. In light of this finding, an Aumann-Shapley reallocation schedule is proposed
