Abstract :
Relationship between emotional intelligence and performance is the main subject of emotional intelligence under organizational circumstances. The research aims to exam how employees´ emotional intelligence effects their performance, The main conclusion is that employee´s emotional intelligence or some aspects of emotional intelligence can positively improve his or her own performance.
