Abstract :
In this paper, the theory of human capital and technological innovation is introduced firstly. Then, the promoting role of human capital in technological innovation is discussed. Thirdly, we analyze the influencing factors of human capital on degree of technological innovation. Finally, the directions of future research are discussed.
