Abstract :
This paper presents a spread spectrum multi-sensors communication system dedicated to closed environment. This article focuses on the main direct-sequence spread-spectrum (DS-SS) device, that is to say the synchronization stage. We propose a multi-branches solution, developed by using a virtual prototype method. The associated VHDL-AMS model is presented. Synthesis results dedicated to a FPGA prototype are presented and compared to a classic digital matched filter synchronization.
