Abstract :
The next 10 years, Tangshan is in a critical period of promoting scientific development,realizing the wealthy and strong city, and building a moderately prosperous society. Today,some question exit in Tangshan\´s human resource,such as inadquation of talent quantity,acute shortage of high-level personnel.,irrational structure and distribution of talent, a lower of innovation capability of talentand ,imperfection of Human environmen.This paper using regression predicts the demand of talents of Tangshan City in the "12th Five-Year" period, in order to provide a theoretical basis for government\´s strategic decisions.
