  • Abstract
Industrial cluster expands organization\´s boundaries, builda three-levels labor market, and forms a greater "labor pool" to attract and gather more talent. This paper reveals that it is a dynamic process the talent agglomeration in cluster, namely the "initial fission - attraction - co-evolution - embedded - self-reinforce" formation mechanism, constructs a funnel model of the talent agglomeration, and analyzes its self-reinforce effect.
