Abstract

Because of the scenario-dependence and complexity of management problems, we do not have a fixed model to settle the management problems. To some extent, it is an innovative problem to solve the management problems. Therefore, we can use the theory of TRIZ to solve some complex management problems and build a complex model based on TRIZ to solve management problems. On the basis of this idea, this paper draws upon the theory of TRIZ to propose several specific solutions to the problem by using the theory´s ideology and system tools and combining the characteristics of knowledge worker and analyzing the problems existing in teamwork. It can help the team to complete the project faster and better.
