Abstract :
Under the background of economic globalization, enterprise´s original employment relationship system is facing serious challenge and retaining reasonable turnover rates is becoming more important. This paper analyzes the concept of employee turnover, turnover cost as well as occupation distributing character. In addition, this paper makes analysis and discussion on each influencing factor in the model of employee turnover .Finally ,this paper discusses how to minimize the negative influence of demographic factors, controllable factors and uncontrollable factors in order to achieve win-win between enterprise and employee.
