Abstract :
In China, universities usually review their seconsdary sectors´ work by means of performance assessment. It results in difficulty. To overcome it, it is critical to establish a unique assessment and evaluation system for secondary units and leaders, which is goal-oriented and based on the dissembled tasks and core performances. And it is also critical to classify and compare and balance departments´ work and performances . And it is a must for us to attact teacher and student representatives to take part in the assessing activities. And it is necessary for us to use check and feedback for commendation and honor and reward for the unit, individuals and the team. All these steps will make the performance assessment more goal-oriented and stimulating.
