Abstract :
Correlative researches between critical thinking disposition and transformational leadership are very scarce. The paper mainly adopted empirical study method and analyses 396 managers´ condition of critical thinking disposition and transformational leadership. It also inspected differences of personal background variables and investigates differences of critical thinking disposition dimension level influence on transformational leadership. The research found that managers´ critical thinking disposition would have differences in terms of gender, age, marriage, education, years of working, position and unit properties. Managers´ transformational leadership would have differences in terms of gender, age, marriage, years of working, position and unit properties, but it wouldn´t have obvious differences in terms of education. The whole critical thinking disposition has significantly positive correlation with the whole transformational leadership, so did three dimensions of critical thinking disposition and transformational leadership.
