Abstract
This paper presents a new direct torque control (DTC) scheme which reduces the stator flux ripple and keeps the switching frequency constant using space vector modulation based on fuzzy logic controller, the results were compared with different techniques as variable switching sectors that depends on the stator flux position. By using a fictitious stator flux position angle (α), instead of the real one define for the conventional DTC, simulated results validated the proposed scheme.
