Abstract :
Generation Y is the generation born between 1980 and 2000. It is the main group that entering job market , unlike before, it is a crucial time both for the potential employees and the employers. Special recuitment plan and Motivation program should be designed based on the traits they have. As young people are individualistic, there is not any perfect plan that covers all of the members of the Generation. Nevertheless, there is one thing certain, the more the manager knows about the difference between generations, the better he or she could manage the coming employees.
