Abstract
Based on the competency test model of Marketing Personnel in Xi´an Equipment Manufacturing Industry, taking the automotive manufacturing industry, distribution and control equipment manufacturing industry, motor manufacturing industry in Xi´an as an example, we use questionnaires measuring competency levels of marketing personnel in Xi´an equipment manufacturing industry in this paper. The results showed that competency levels above the average level, different industries, work experience, education and age, marketing personnel competency level were significantly different.This paper studies Marketing Personnel Competency Test questionnaire , revealing the scale for quality level and its characteristics, build competency benchmark standards of Xi´an equipment manufacturing industry enterprise.
