  • Abstract
    Based on the R&D personnel competency model in the high-tech enterprises, which developed by author in recent research, this paper designs the requirement degree questionnaire of R&D personnel competency in high-tech enterprises. Taking R&D personnel in the high-tech enterprises as an example, this paper compares the R&D personnel competency of Leading Innovation Strategy, Following Innovation Strategy, and Imitating Innovation Strategy. The result of the study reveals that there are differences of R&D personnel competency in the different technology innovation strategies context. The article searches ways to increase technology innovation ability in Chinese high-tech enterprises, from competency prospective, and give theoretical and tool support for enterprises to select, training and inspire related competency according to the technology innovation strategies.
