Abstract
This study deals with the realization of electronic components using regioregular poly(3-octylthiophene) (P3OT) as active layer with a view to their integration on a flexible support. We first describe the structure and the realization methods of our diodes, we detailed their characterization and the extraction of some parameters such as the concentration and mobility of free carriers, holes, in our structures. We then treat the fabrication of organic transistors like TFT.
