Abstract
This paper presents a goal oriented interest based negotiation automation approach. In this approach, negotiation parties exchange justifications (higher level goals) of their positions to seek agreements without compromise. The philosophy behind is that people normally hold different and incomplete knowledge set. Through exchanging knowledge and revise their knowledge base, negotiation parties could accept different positions yet still reach the same goal, reaching a win-win agreement.
