Abstract

This paper measures and analyzes the contribution of advanced manufacturing to the growth of high-tech industry and the contributions of the internal industries in advanced manufacturing during 2005-2008 in Hebei Province using mathematic model. According to the calculated results, it points out the status of the advanced manufacturing to develop high-tech industry of Hebei province, in which eight industries are divided into three categories: key developed, accelerating developed and accelerating reformed. The subdivided industries are also divided like this. These are important references to formulate scientific development strategies of advanced manufacturing for the relevant departments.
